代建(jian)勋(Email:jianxundai@liviaday.com),大连理工大学光电(dian)(dian)(dian)工程与(yu)仪器(qi)科(ke)学学院讲(jiang)师,本硕(shuo)博均就读于吉林大学电(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)科(ke)学与(yu)工程学院(集成(cheng)光电(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)学国家重(zhong)(zhong)点联合实验室),本科(ke)专(zhuan)业(ye)为(wei)电(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)信息工程,硕(shuo)博专(zhuan)业(ye)为(wei)微电(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)学与(yu)固体(ti)(ti)电(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)学(国家重(zhong)(zhong)点学科(ke)),主要从事功率半导体(ti)(ti)器(qi)件及面向生(sheng)理信号检(jian)测的(de)先(xian)进功能材料和智能传(chuan)感器(qi)研究(jiu)。近5年(nian)来,共发表SCI论文18篇,其中以(yi)第一作(zuo)者发表JCR一区(qu)论文7篇,包括(kuo) Sensors and Actuators B: Chemical 和 IEEE Electron Device Letters 等传(chuan)感器(qi)和电(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)器(qi)件领域著(zhu)名期刊。
