崔岩(yan),大连理(li)工(gong)(gong)(gong)大学(xue)(xue)微(wei)(wei)机电(dian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程教(jiao)授。1989年(nian)和(he)(he)1999分获大连理(li)工(gong)(gong)(gong)大学(xue)(xue)学(xue)(xue)士(shi)和(he)(he)硕(shuo)士(shi)学(xue)(xue)位(wei),2003年(nian)获得(de)德国卡尔斯(si)鲁厄应用(yong)(yong)科学(xue)(xue)大学(xue)(xue)传感(gan)(gan)(gan)器(qi)及系(xi)统(tong)专业硕(shuo)士(shi)学(xue)(xue)位(wei);研(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)方向为微(wei)(wei)机电(dian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程、精(jing)密仪(yi)器(qi)及机械、测试计(ji)(ji)量(liang)技术(shu)及仪(yi)器(qi)等研(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)方向,研(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)内(nei)容包括:压电(dian)薄膜的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)研(yan)制(zhi)(zhi)和(he)(he)测量(liang);压电(dian)微(wei)(wei)纳传感(gan)(gan)(gan)器(qi)/执行器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)设计(ji)(ji)、研(yan)制(zhi)(zhi)和(he)(he)测试;仿生(sheng)导(dao)航(hang)测试系(xi)统(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)设计(ji)(ji)和(he)(he)标定。已在国内(nei)外(wai)著名(ming)期(qi)刊发表学(xue)(xue)术(shu)论文30余篇(pian)。担(dan)任(ren)Micro & Nano Letters、Journal of Alloys and Compounds、AIP、光学(xue)(xue)精(jing)密工(gong)(gong)(gong)程、传感(gan)(gan)(gan)技术(shu)学(xue)(xue)报和(he)(he)光子学(xue)(xue)报等多(duo)个国内(nei)外(wai)期(qi)刊的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)审稿(gao)人。作为主(zhu)要参加人员参加完成“新型微(wei)(wei)夹钳的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)拓扑(pu)优(you)化设计(ji)(ji)及关键技术(shu)研(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)”等863计(ji)(ji)划项目(mu)、“BNI融合(he)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)微(wei)(wei)纳传感(gan)(gan)(gan)器(qi)及其系(xi)统(tong)基(ji)础研(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)”等973计(ji)(ji)划项目(mu)、“适用(yong)(yong)于SOC的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)声热力微(wei)(wei)传感(gan)(gan)(gan)器(qi)基(ji)础研(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)”等国家自然科学(xue)(xue)基(ji)金多(duo)项。拥有中(zhong)国发明专利4项。多(duo)年(nian)来也是中(zhong)国仪(yi)器(qi)仪(yi)表学(xue)(xue)会(hui)微(wei)(wei)纳器(qi)件(jian)与系(xi)统(tong)技术(shu)分会(hui)理(li)事,中(zhong)国微(wei)(wei)米纳米技术(shu)学(xue)(xue)会(hui)高级会(hui)员,并(bing)在精(jing)密与特种加工(gong)(gong)(gong)教(jiao)育部重点(dian)实(shi)(shi)验(yan)室(shi)及辽宁省(sheng)微(wei)(wei)纳米技术(shu)及系(xi)统(tong)重点(dian)实(shi)(shi)验(yan)室(shi)有多(duo)年(nian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)实(shi)(shi)践(jian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作经(jing)验(yan)等。
